Amazon Business Reshape — sourcing trends and product updates

Amazon Business hosted its 2022 digital sourcing event, Amazon Business Reshape, on March 10. Viewers got a sense of the benefits of Amazon Business sourcing strategies from top-notch customer speakers who attested to Amazon Business’s effect on their organization’s spend. Speakers included international representatives from Union Pacific Railroad, Kuwait Petroleum International, Link Group and other major companies.

The event setup included three tracks tailored to viewers’ interests: Think Big – targeting business strategies that increase the value returned to the organization, Invent and Simplify – focusing on innovation trends in the IT space. sourcing, and Product Sessions – showcasing Amazon. New business features. Amazon Business and guest representatives discussed insights into emerging sourcing trends, or as Amazon calls it, new sourcing pillars.

Representatives from Amazon Business called for changes to the broader supply space:

A point reiterated throughout the event was that organizations are rethinking how they manage spend due to recent global events and crises that have highlighted gaps in the supply space.
