Bowman Rebecchi launches new real estate company with new contract

Inverclyde-based property company Bowman Rebecchi has launched a new property company with a new deal that will see it sell 22 homes in Gourock.

The new Estate Agents business will be led by Linda Swan, who has joined the business as sales manager from Blair & Bryden, with an initial focus on residential sales across the west coast of Scotland.

She has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previously, she worked as a Conveyancing Paralegal and Senior Realtor.

The company has also secured a new contract for the sale of 22 new homes in Gourock, Inverclyde. It will sell the McPherson development to Gourock, which will provide 22 new three-bedroom homes in partnership with Globe Homes and City Gate Construction.

The development is expected to begin construction in fall 2022, with the initial phase of homes expected to be ready for occupancy in spring 2023.

The new agency will have branches in Gourock and Glasgow, to further drive the performance and growth of the entire group, which includes Rebecchi Architectural and A&M Advertising.

Linda Swan said: “I am very pleased to have joined Bowman Rebecchi, with the specific aim of growing its estate business, across Inverclyde and the West of Scotland.

“Given the strength of the existing businesses, there are significant opportunities in residential sales for the Bowman Rebecchi Group and I look forward to supporting them.”

“This is a fantastic new challenge for me and I am delighted to join as Sales Director a progressive and ambitious team with a clear strategy to achieve its current goals.”

Andrew Bowman, Principal of Bowman Rebecchi, said: “Securing the McPherson development helps give the business a solid springboard from which to launch, and we are delighted to be working alongside Globe Homes to sell these properties.

“It is great to welcome new private housing developments to Inverclyde, where demand for new high quality homes is high and we expect these properties to be very popular.

“It’s a fine example of group collaboration, from the architect to the real estate agency, including the commercial branch of the company that accompanied the sale of the land. It’s a solid model for us to grow and develop for other customers.
