ISG welcomes project manager Marty Metcalf

WATERLOO, Iowa, May 5, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — ISG is excited to continue to build on its strengths in PreK-12 facility planning with the addition of alumni Community of Waterloo Director of School District Facilities, Marty Metcalf. Bringing over 40 years of facilities management experience, including overseeing and maintaining 21 school facilities with over 10,000 students, Marty will work with school districts in Iowa and across the Midwest to develop strategic and actionable long-range plans.

Having led many new construction and renovation projects, he understands district goals and priorities, how to work within a set budget, and the benefits of consulting with project teams to identify immediate needs and solutions that will benefit staff, students and the community.
