Preston architectural firm Cassidy and Ashton appoints new assistant
A local architectural firm has hired an assistant with skills in the commercial, hospitality and residential sectors.
Cassidy + Ashton, Preston’s architectural, planning and building survey firm, has strengthened its architecture and design team with the appointment of David Rivers as architectural assistant.
David joins the C4 Projects practice in Warrington and is based in the Preston office of Cassidy + Ashton, supporting the architecture and design team and working on residential and commercial design projects.

Alistair Baines, President of Cassidy + Ashton, said: “David is a strong architectural and design professional, and we are delighted to welcome him to our team.

David has experience in a range of projects including new warehouses, hospitality venues and restaurants, as well as residential and mixed-use housing.

David has developed a niche working on luxury residential homes – most recently on a luxury residential complex in Cheshire.
With an honors bachelor’s degree in interior design and a master’s degree in architecture, David aspires to become a licensed architect and has a strong sensitivity to sustainable design.
