We practice a layered style of contemporary architecture, interior design and decoration. We seek enthusiastic, highly skilled and creative architects and designers with astute design talents who strive for excellence in project design and execution. Conditions:

  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in luxury residential design.

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture at least.

  • Excellent AutoCAD drawing and 3D rendering skills. (Sketch-up required, Rhino, Lumion and others a plus)

  • Mastery of graphic software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and of the MS Office suite and MS Project.

  • Thorough knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, site supervision and client contact. The well-qualified candidate will be able to put together a complete set of drawings with minimal or no supervision.

  • Strong communication skills, diplomatic and well spoken.

  • Knowledge of the New York City building code and tendering process.

  • Proven team leadership ability with internal design teams, as well as external consultants.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
